What FRONTIER is
FRONTIER is the career product inside SYSAILabs. It is not just a login page or a static directory. It is a connected workspace for people who want career support, interview preparation, mentorship, community learning, and structured follow-through after every session.

Identity and onboarding
The platform supports email/password access plus Google and LinkedIn OAuth. New users are routed into profile setup, while returning users go straight to the right post-login destination. Profiles capture name, role, experience level, skills, goals, avatar, public visibility preferences, UI theme, plan, and onboarding completion.
Dashboard and navigation
The dashboard brings the next session, quick actions, booking status, slot availability, search, notifications, messages, workspace, community, relationships, and mentor tools into one operating surface. Search and theme controls were tightened into compact actions so the top navigation keeps room for the core product areas.
Mentors and relationships
Users can browse approved mentors, view mentor profiles, request mentorship, and manage relationship status. Mentors have their own desk for profile context, incoming requests, slots, booked interviews, and participant follow-up. The schema supports mentor approval, skills, experience, availability notes, and owner/admin management.
Interview booking and live sessions
FRONTIER includes mentor slot inventory, booking creation, active booking views, cancellation, meeting pages, and Daily room support for live calls. Bookings track status, notes, mentor slot metadata, participant context, and meeting timing so users understand what is confirmed, upcoming, completed, or cancelled.
Feedback loop
After sessions, participants can leave structured booking feedback with ratings and notes. This closes the loop: a session is not treated as a one-off event, but as part of a continuing improvement cycle for both the learner and the mentor.
Workspace and documents
The workspace supports private document uploads for resumes, cover letters, portfolios, and other career material. Supabase storage buckets and database policies keep user documents private while allowing the app to generate controlled download routes for the owner.
Community and direct messaging
FRONTIER includes community posts, post images, comments, likes, follows, user discovery, reports, and direct conversations. The messaging system supports both mentor-request conversations and community direct messages, with read tracking and notification hooks so conversations feel alive rather than hidden.
Notifications and communication
The notification layer records in-app alerts for bookings, messages, community activity, direct message requests, follows, comments, likes, reports, and admin-driven events. Email notification helpers are present so the product can surface important activity outside the browser when needed.
Admin and operations
The admin side includes user management, mentor management, mentor slots, announcements, community post moderation, reports, audit logs, and analytics-style operational views. This matters because a career platform needs trust, moderation, and support processes, not just user-facing screens.
Why it works as one loop
The strongest part of FRONTIER is the connection between features. A user can build a profile, find a mentor, book a session, join a meeting, share feedback, keep documents in the workspace, continue discussion in messages, and participate in community without jumping between unrelated tools.
