What FastInSightly is
FastInSightly is a web-based intelligence platform for teams that need to move from raw system descriptions, uploaded documents, or research notes into structured analysis and exportable reports. It combines a React dashboard, Supabase-backed projects and authentication, payment workflows, and AI services for analysis, document parsing, retrieval, and report generation.
A central dashboard for risk work
The dashboard gives users a single entry point for FMEA, SWOT, TARA, FTA, and research report generation. It includes project counts, recent projects, recent reports, notifications, license usage, role-aware admin shortcuts, theme controls, and global search.
FMEA generation and editing
The FMEA tool helps users generate and maintain Failure Mode and Effects Analysis tables from system descriptions and uploaded documents. It supports structured rows for failure modes, causes, effects, severity, occurrence, detection, RPN, risk scoring, editable tables, undo and redo controls, saves, exports, and guided onboarding.
SWOT with evidence and prioritization
The SWOT tool turns business context, project descriptions, and uploaded evidence into strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. It supports model selection, four-quadrant summaries, impact and urgency scoring, priority fields, strategic action plans, PDF exports, CSV exports, and preview-to-login flows.
AI research report generation
FastInSightly includes an AI-powered research report generator where users can choose templates, upload source material, generate report sections, refine content, preview output, control tone and style, and download final reports in PDF, DOCX, Markdown, HTML, and TXT formats.
Document intelligence and retrieval
Uploaded files can be stored, parsed, chunked, embedded, and retrieved as project context. This allows analyses and reports to be grounded in uploaded PDFs, DOCX files, spreadsheets, text files, and reusable common document libraries instead of relying only on one prompt.
Projects, templates, and reusable workspaces
The product organizes work around projects. Users can create, rename, delete, reopen, and continue project-specific analysis across tools. Templates add a reusable delivery layer by supporting built-in categories, custom templates, section extraction, and template-aware generation.
Authentication, organizations, and team readiness
FastInSightly includes Supabase authentication, account flows, reset password pages, organization setup, member management, role-aware dashboard controls, admin notifications, license indicators, and Stripe payment endpoints for checkout, webhook handling, and payment status checks.
Export and delivery
Across the tools, users can export FMEA tables, SWOT reports, research documents, template-based reports, and copied tables. This matters because risk analysis often needs to leave the tool and move into audits, design reviews, stakeholder decks, client deliverables, and internal documentation.
Roadmap momentum
The app already exposes TARA and FTA routes in the dashboard and navigation. Those tools are currently presented as roadmap momentum rather than completed functionality, extending the product toward a broader safety and threat-analysis suite.
